Altar postcard design: Premios Arpa award promo

 I just completed this design for an awesomely talented Christian pop band. The band wanted a postcard design to promote their nomination for a prestigious annual award show. They were nominated for best new album of the year- Congratulations Altar! I designed this promotional postcard art to match their cd cover design that I created a year earlier (shown below).

South America Latin Pop Rock cd design

I created this cd cover design for a young latin pop rock band- located in South America. I had fun designing this one because they gave me a collection of adjectives describing their music/style and it was easy to bounce ideas of those descriptions. I used a combination of adobe photoshop and adobe InDeign CS3 to compose this piece.

BLee Mixtape DJ CD cover design- hip hop

This is the cd package design for a DJ mixtape (I know it's a cd and not a tape- but strangely that's still the terminology used today). Anyway, the artist dj didn't have any photo's he wanted incorporated into the design so he asked me to come up with a character that could represent his music. The mix-tape consists of hip hop music, r&b, rap, etc... The beats are actually quite good- I enjoyed them. He had a bunch of text files he gave to incorporate into the design, such as- the track list, production credits, thank you's, etc. He just gave them to me in a word file, and I placed them into the design. I also added the copyright info and FBI anti-piracy logo, along with the barcode, this all helps in establishing the professionalism the client wanted to portray in his album release. BLee is a very talented DJ and beat maker- I'm sure he'll be going place real soon- and hopefully he'll remember who his graphic designer is.

DVD Cover Design: chess dvd package graphic designer

DVD Cover and disc design. The dvd package design goal for this project was to create a look that would appeal to a younger demographic.
I implemented bright colors and active illustrations. The client was very happy with the final product- and it successfully achieved the goal of appealing to a younger crowd- as he is now selling many dvd copy's- thanks to a certain dvd graphic designer.

Country Music CD Cover Design- CD Album package graphic designer

Country music cd packaging art for artist name "Doug Muchmore". The nashville country music package design reflects the feel and sound of the music. I worked closely with the musician to achieve a design the reflected his goals for the design. We went through a few different cover designs before settling on this cover design- I then applied the cd cover design theme to rest of the packaging.

Logo Designer- company identity Graphic Designer Midway

Graphic designer: Logo designer is a title not easily relegated to any designer, there is a lot of corporate identity research involved. I created this logo for an Midwest IL Electric Company (formerly owned by the late Ernesto Pacheco Sr.) I liked my initial idea so I went a head with it- I'm pretty happy with the final outcome. The logo was used for business card designs, letterhead designs, company vehicles, and printed/embroidered onto employee uniforms, it was also printed on a soccer jersey because "Midway" was one of the sponsors.
